XDefiant - Creative Development

Reservoir was mandated by Ubisoft San Francisco to work on its new original IP, XDefiant, and define all creative aspects of its first piece of key art, from the existing brand pillars.

Our creative team then developed a series of sketches and quick comps to identify the main creative direction to be taken for the "Season 0" artwork, being the main piece of key art to be used throughout the life cycle of the brand.

Reservoir worked on about 15-20 different versions, showcasing a whole set of poses as well as a huge variety of 2D treatments and graphic elements.
